Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for predicting abnormal condition of a blast furnace, in which abnormal condition of the blast furnace is detected with high accuracy even when a sensor fails.SOLUTION: The system for predicting abnormal condition of a blast furnace according to the present invention is a prediction system for predicting possibility or scale of the occurrence of an abnormal condition of the blast furnace using a score value based on measurement data measured by a plurality of sensors provided in the blast furnace. The system is configured in such a way that when the number of failed sensors among the plurality of sensors is smaller than a predetermined threshold, the system performs a first adjustment and then calculates a score value showing the possibility or the scale of the occurrence of the abnormal condition of the blast furnace, whereas when the number of the failed sensors among the plurality of sensors is equal to or larger than the predetermined threshold, the system performs a second adjustment process and then calculates the score value showing the possibility or the scale of the occurrence of the abnormal condition of the blast furnace.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
