Abstract:
To provide a system and a device, which can accurately detect a liquid state in a normal capacitor where any short circuit or the like is not present, without being affected by other capacitors even in the case where the other capacitor is in a abnormal state where a short circuit or the like has occurred.
The system 100 for detecting liquid state is provided with a power source 170, a first capacitor 110, a second capacitor 120, a first analog switch 161 turning on and off current flowing into the first capacitor 110, a second analog switch 162 turning on and off current flowing into the second capacitor 120, and a microcomputer 150 controlling the on/off motions of the first and second analog switches 161, 162.
