Abstract:

To provide a mechanism for improving detection accuracy of a position of an object provided with an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) tag without changing functions of the RFID tag or a receiver itself.

A device for detecting a position of a pallet 40 which is an object provided with an RFID tag 41 includes: a reception unit 20 for receiving radio waves transmitted from the plurality of RFID tags 41 provided on the pallets 40 in positional relation specified beforehand, and detecting positions of the respective RFID tags 41 that have transmitted the radio waves; and a control unit 30 for calculating the positions of the pallets 40 provided with the RFID tags 41 on the basis of the information of the positions of the plurality of RFID tags 41 detected by the reception unit 20.
