Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain betting ticket issuing device and system which combine an investment object with which a dividend that does not fall below the total investment amounts can be obtained when anticipation hits the target and an investment amount and issue a betting ticket.
SOLUTION: This betting ticket issuing device 1 is a device in a betting ticket issuing system consisting of one or more betting ticket issuing devices 1 which read data described on a mark sheet, issue a betting ticket on the basis of the data and notify a center device of the ticket issuing situations of betting tickets and the center device 2 which calculates a dividend rate on the basis of the ticket issuing situations of the betting tickets. In such a case, the betting ticket issuing device has an investment evaluating means 13 which calculates an investment amount needed to obtain a dividend that does not fall below the total investment amounts in each investment object on the basis of the dividend rate, the total investment amounts in the data and one or more investment objects.
