PURPOSE: To automatically prevent or improve the reduction of the degree of comfortability of a worker by selecting organic information out of an organic information sensor group and analyzing ratio or difference between this information and a reference value set in advance.

CONSTITUTION: Analytic means 1b and 1d are provided to calculate the degree of comfortability of worker corresponding to the kind of a sensor selected by detecting means 1a and 1c. Then, a comparing means 1e compares both analytic values 1 and 2 of the analytic means 1b and 1d. A comparison reference corresponding to the sensor selected out of the organic information sensor group is used for the reference of this comparison. For every comparison reference, whether it is on the conditions that the degree of comfortability of worker himself is settled within the allowance or it is on the conditions that the degree of comfortability exceeds the allowance. Thus, a stimulus applying means is operated based on the signal of information of provided comfortability judgement. As a result of this operation, this system is operated to vary the conditions so that the worker can comfortably work.
