Abstract:

To appropriately pay a counter value as asdvertisement is presented.

The data providing device 2 generates provided image data having an advertisement image embedded in a template image for which an identifier is issued and transmits the data together with the identifier, data acquiring devices 10 and 11 display the provided image of the provided image data received together with the identifier on display means and transmit image data for transmission generated so that a user image is displayed preferentially to the advertisement image by embedding the user image in the template image to a transmission destination together with the added identifier, and a charging processor 2C counts how many times the template image corresponding to the identifier added to the image data for transmission is used to display the advertisement image and calculates the use charge to be paid to the creator of the template image. Consequently, when a user securely views the template image and advertisement image, the use charge can be computed from the accurate use frequency of the template image and the value can adequately be paid as the advertisement is presented.
