PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a device for providing electronic data such as a digital kiosk for pay or free of charge.
SOLUTION: In the system and device for providing electronic data, a menu for designating data to provide is provided to a customer by another means, and after the data to be provided are previously determined, the identifier of these data are described on a memory card and inserted to a providing device. In the method for providing the menu to the customer, the menu is transferred from the providing device to an information terminal by radio, the menu is provided from a server by connecting the information terminal to the server of the Internet, or a storage medium previously describing the identifier of the data to provide is provided. Since the client occupies the providing device only during copying on the storage medium and data can be selected in parallel with copying, the wait time can be shortened.
