The present invention relates to a shopping formation providing device provided with an information accepting means 20 for an foodstuff designation which accepts an information on the foodstuff designation from a client to designate foodstuffs of a dish, a dish information selecting means 21 which selects the dish or its recipe using the designated foodstuffs, and a dish information display means 22 which displays the selected dish or its recipe.
