Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately set a caution zone and time for performing a use restriction of a mobile phone so as to prevent detonation of an explosive substance.SOLUTION: When an occurrence of a small explosion BM is notified, a security head office specifies a place where the small explosion Bm has occurred from position information of an informer, and transmits a security instruction signal to a security device 10 of a certain range with that position as a center (for example, a security devices 10 EA to 10 EG). Then, the security device 10 receives the security instruction signal by an instruction receiver/transmitter 22, and transmits a jamming signal by driving a jamming signal transmitter 26 and disturbs a radio wave of a mobile phone so as to restrict the use of the mobile phone. Thus, the explosion of the explosive substance using a remote operation by the mobile phone is prevented. The security device 10 outputs an alarm sound and a light beam by driving an alarm 28 and instructs an evacuation direction by an evacuation direction indicator 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
