Abstract:
To improve the operability of a multimedia terminal about a contents data distribution system and the multimedia terminal for contents data distribution.
A portable terminal receives terminal control data having designation information for contents data requested to be downloaded from a contents server or from a multimedia terminal and information about write operation to a memory medium of the portable terminal side, and writes the terminal control data in the memory medium of the portable terminal side. Multimedia terminals download designated contents data to the memory medium of the portable terminal side by reading the terminal control data from the memory medium of the portable terminal side.
