Abstract:
To provide a file distributing system capable of efficiently distributing the files of a server to clients.
A program control component 104 is provided with a function to be operated cooperatively with a program distributing server 108 for storing a downloaded program module group 107 in a first file system 102. A module table 106 is constituted as a table in which information related with the program module group 107 to be distributed is carried, and preliminarily prepared for each user of this file distributing system by a system manager prior to the program distribution. A program distributing server 108 provides files stored in a second file system 105 in response to a download request from the program control component 104.
