Abstract:

To evaluate a homepage by collecting the valuations of users about the homepage.

A homepage information providing device stores a plurality of homepage information and evaluation table information used at a time when a homepage is evaluated. When a user device accesses the evaluation table information, the evaluation table information is transmitted as transmission data to the user device and displayed as an evaluation table 11d on the user device. The user evaluates each of homepages on the basis of the evaluation table and transmits this evaluation as evaluation data to the homepage information providing device. The homepage information providing device accumulates evaluation data to prepare an evaluation results page. A homepage provider evaluates the homepage according to it.
