Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating/cooling system that can uniformly heat or cool inside a storage cart, in a heating/cooling system for cooling or heating food as necessary.SOLUTION: The system includes: a storage cart 2 capable of storing a plurality of trays; and a heating/cooling unit 1 having a heating means or a cooling means. The heating/cooling unit 1, when connected to the storage cart 2, is structured to blow in to the depth of the storage cart a heated air or a cooled air that is formed by the heating means or the cooling means. The storage cart 2 is structured to have no ventilation duct for guiding the heated air or the cooled air to the side to which a side opening oppositely faces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
