Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform heating of the interior of a car by accumulating the heat of an electric heater in a heat accumulating tank during charge of a storage battery and heating the storage battery by using the heat thereof.
CONSTITUTION: A latent heat accumulating tank 1 to store the heat of an electric heater is provided and a storage battery 8 for drive is arranged above the heat accumulating tank. A plurality of heat emitting holes are formed in the upper surface of the heat accumulating tank and the storage battery is heated by means of heat emitted therethrough. Further, a heat-exchange coil 4 is mounted on the heat accumulating tank and an indoor coil 10 for heating in a car room. Heat is transferred from a heat-exchange coil to the indoor coil with the aid of a heat pump A.
