The card recognition device is provided with a device casing, a memory card, an oscillator, a storage and a display device. The system integration chip is incorporated inside the device casing, reads data inside the memory card, stores them in the storage, converts the data to signals by utilizing the oscillator and converts the signals to one image by the display device again. The system integration chip is provided with a memory card control circuit for controlling read/write operations of the data of the memory card by being electrically connected to the memory card and the storage respectively, a data control circuit for controlling a transmission route of the data by being electrically connected to the memory card, the storage and the display device respectively and a display control circuit for controlling a display state of signals by being electrically connected to the display device.
