To solve problems of illegally parked bicycles around the station, and inconvenience of users due to administrative control.
By performing large-scaled bicycle renting business close to the station, both of the problems are solved. Since anybody can borrow a bicycle easily at low cost, illegal parking of bicycles is eliminated.
