Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To erase arc current of a switch 12 at a high speed for supply of stable electric power to a load 13 in opening the switch 12 in case of failure in a system power supply 11, by connecting the system power supply 11 and the load 13 through the switch 12 and connecting a second power supply 15 for system link through a power converter 14.
SOLUTION: In opening the switch 12, the output current of the power converter is controlled with a current value 22a passing through the load 13 as a command, thus cutting off the arc current of the switch 12.
