PURPOSE: To make a similar performance to a speaker listening without having a singular sound pressure frequency characteristic by providing a delay- reverberation sound generating circuit, etc., mixing a direct sound component with an indirect sound component constituted of a delay sound and a reverberation sound and impressing the component to a head-phone.

CONSTITUTION: A direct sound component D from the voice input terminal of a left channel Lch is mixed by a mixer 21 with an indirect sound component ID to be prepared by passing through a terminal ch, a mixer 23, a delay- reverberation sound generating circuit 11, an equalizer circuit 13 and a mixing quantity controlling resistance 17. Next, it is amplified by an amplifier 19 and supplied to a headphone hp. In this case, the mixing quantity of the mixer 21 is variable by an adjustment of the resistance 17. Similarly, the direct sound component D from a right channel Rch is mixed by a mixer 22 with an indirect sound component ID to be prepared by passing through an input terminal Rch, a mixer 24, a delay-reverberation sound generating circuit 12, an equalizer circuit 14 and a mixing quantity controlling resistance 18 and supplied to an hp through an amplifier 20. Thus, the performance close to a speaker listening (an expansion feeling, a farnear feeling) can be obtained.
