Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means capable of making conversation between the passenger of an automobile during traveling and a non-passenger, who does not ride in the automobile and does not have acquaintance with the passenger.
SOLUTION: The passenger registers the number of the number plate of the automobile in a server for number registration connected to a telecommunication circuit as a receiving number of communication equipment loaded on the automobile. Thus, the non-passenger, who does not ride in the automobile, accesses the server for number registration and inputs the number of the number plate to the communication equipment of the non-passenger so that a telephone number peculiar for the communication equipment of the desired passenger can be specified by the server for number registration and the call with the passenger is attained.
