Abstract:
To provide a system management device and a system management method which can select a countermeasure in consideration of an impact added on a job for a plurality of countermeasures to a performance failure.SOLUTION: A system management device manages a monitoring object system. The system management device creates a plurality of countermeasures to a performance failure when the performance failure occurs in the monitoring object system. The system management device evaluates an impact of a countermeasure which the countermeasure has on execution of a job having an execution deadline related to the countermeasure for each of the plurality of countermeasures. The system management device selects the countermeasure to be executed by the monitoring object system from among the plurality of countermeasures on the basis of an evaluation result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
