Abstract:
To provide a system for management of food production history, capable of simply searching historical data of food production and analyzing causal relationship between produced food and its materials or its producing conditions.
This system comprises naming a sequential loading number to the below-mentioned loading tanks according to the order of repetitive uses, writing the loading number on historical data of each step in food production process in which plural production steps are sequentially performed and plural loading tanks are repetitively used, and searching production historical data by using the loading number.
