Abstract:
To provide a highly maintainable system.SOLUTION: A system management system is capable of executing an environment construction of a target device according to setting information, and comprises a management unit for managing countermeasure management information that includes countermeasure information indicating a countermeasure against an error. The management unit is configured: to output, when abnormal termination information is received from the target device, the countermeasure information corresponding to the error, wherein the abnormal termination information indicates that the environment construction of the target device is completed abnormally with the error; to generate, when normal termination information is received from the target device, the countermeasure information by comparing the setting information at the time when the environment construction is completed normally and the setting information at the time when the environment construction is completed abnormally if there is an error in the environment construction and the setting information is modified, wherein the normal termination information indicates that the environment construction of the target device is completed normally with no error.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
