The system is composed of an input terminal provided with an authentication database for storing telephone numbers and passwords specifying employees as data, an attendance database for storing dates, times and telephone numbers as data and a communication processing function for transmitting the data on the attendance database to a managing server and the managing server provided with an authentication database for storing terminal ID and passwords as data, an attendance database for storing dates, times, terminal ID and attendance data sent from the input terminal and a salary system database.
