PURPOSE: To freely execute menu maintenance such as menu addition, change and erase, etc., without troubling a software engineer and stopping the system on the side of a user.

CONSTITUTION: This system is provided with a total system menu managing file 1 to register all the menus enabling requests from the screen of each CRT terminal 4, terminal menu table 2 to register the menu required for the plural CRT terminals 4 for each CRT terminal, and menu maintenance processing part 3 to execute respective processings such as the registration of the new menu on the total system menu managing file 1, the change/erase of the registered menu, the retrieval of the relevant menu for terminal from the total system menu managing file, the setting of the relevant menu for terminal to the terminal menu table 2, and the erase of the menu set to this table 2 on the side of the user.
