To eliminate a trouble, i.e., non-existence of an operation schedule management system to determine a proper operation room and members, based on the content of the operation, reserve the operation room, and communicate them to participants.

A system for setting an operation schedule linked with a medical order system, a system for managing the schedules of institutions and the personnel, and a mail system is organized. The system includes: a condition file to select the operation room and the members; and a mail destination file. Operation information is acquired from the medical order system, and the operation room which meets a condition and the members are selected. The schedule is set linked with the schedule management system, and then, a mail is transmitted to the participants in cooperation with the mail system.
