The system is provided with a means for detecting the stop of the transportation vehicle based on data of acceleration sensor which is attached to each transportation vehicle and transmitting a stop signal, a means for detecting the transportation object loading weight of each vehicle, a means for detecting the present position of each vehicle, a means for detecting the transportation object loading weight originated from each mobile body terminal unit and the transportation object loading weight at a transportation vehicle stop place based on transportation vehicle position data and the stop signal and a means for judging the illegal throw-away of the object and the mixture of additional transportation objects by collating the transportation object loading weight with a reference weight.
