SOLUTION: Corresponding to the inquiry request of constitution information from a control manager 1 to a management object instance 31 inside the network, continuously to the acquiring processing of its own data, the management object instance 31 recursively generates a processing object 32 corresponding to a slave management object instance in order to acquire the information of the slave management object instance included in the instance itself and collects the constitution information independently for each processing object 32, the processing result is returned to a master processing object or the management object instance 31 and the finally collected constitution information is returned to the control manager 1 at the inquiry source.
