Abstract:
To provide a system and a method for carving a posthumous name in an erected gravestone.
The posthumous name is photographed from a memorial tablet (1) by a digital camera (2) and taken in a personal computer (3). The characters thereof are edited and transferred onto a print film (4). A mask being prepared (5), the film prepared is stuck on the gravestone and carving is made by a blasting machine (6).
