PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, method, and computer program product for protecting and managing an application on a secure element.SOLUTION: Mobile wallet data is stored in at least one memory. Authentication data is received from a mobile wallet. On the basis of comparison between authentication data and the mobile wallet data, whether or not the authentication data is valid is determined. If the authentication data is valid, processing for one or more commands is enabled. A first command is received from the mobile wallet. Whether or not processing for the first command is enabled is determined; and if the processing for the first command is enabled, the first command is processed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
