Abstract:
To provide a system, a method and a device for fastening and refastening an orthopedic cable used together with an orthopedic implant device, a bone, and/or bone implant or structure.
At least one of this device and system includes a clamping part adapted to position within a patient body, and a clamping mechanism adapted to fix again the orthopedic cable to the clamping part, so as to fix the orthopedic cable to the clamping part, to generate the first tension in the orthopedic cable, to release the tension in the orthopedic cable, and to fix other tension within the orthopedic cable.
