Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform measurement of high resolution by forming an image of a biological sample.
SOLUTION: The subject system forms an optical image in an eye, and has a light source 12 for generating a light beam, a reference passage 30 including an optical path length changing device, a sample passage 26 including a probe module 80 including an optical scanning means, a beam combining means of the light changed by the optical path length changing device and the reflected light from the inside of the eye, a detector 52 for generating an output signal corresponding to an interferential response and a processor 72 for processing the output signal.
