To provide a system and method for facilitating a value exchange transaction including many persons involved.
The system may comprise a synchronization server for exchanging transaction details with clients' devices, a communication server for registering new users and a financial server for interacting with external financial institutions and a security server for guaranteeing security of value exchange transaction. In one embodiment, a first user involved starts the transaction on the client (for example, a mobile computer) by selecting or inputting an identifier of other person involved (may be existing, for example, a telephone number) and value to be exchanged. The transaction may be performed while the user's client device is electronically connected or performed on one device by one user.
