To provide a vulcanized rubber inspection system capable of accurately specifying the range of defects in the case that defects in chemical addition have occurred in the final kneading of rubber.
The vulcanized rubber inspection system for inspecting vulcanization in the case of extruding and discharging vulcanized rubber by a continuous kneading machine 1 is provided with a subdischarge route 4b provided for the continuous kneading machine 1 separately from a main discharge route 4a of rubber G1 for products for continuously discharging rubber G2 for inspection; a heating conveyer 10 for vulcanizing the rubber G2 for inspection discharged from the subdischarge route 4b; an inspection mechanism for inspecting vulcanization characteristics of the rubber G2 for inspection heated by the heating conveyer 10; and a transfer mechanism for transferring the rubber G2 for inspection discharged from the subdischarge route 4b to a heating mechanism and the inspection mechanism.
