Abstract:
To improve accuracy in control of positioning a machining device even during or immediately before machining by the machining device, thereby improving the machining accuracy of the machining device.
A robot 11 attached with a machining instrument 12 moves a workpiece 2 to a target position 41 of an object to be machined and works the object. A robot moving mechanism 14 moves the robot 11 so that it runs parallel to the workpiece 2 carried by a carriage 18. A robot control device 17 controls the motion of the robot moving mechanism 14 using detected results of a synchronization sensor 15, and controls the positioning of the robot 11 using detected results of a visual sensor 13 or the synchronization sensor 15.
