The system 1 comprises a determination means 9 for determining whether a distance between center points of an upper stage side coil-like article and a lower stage side coil-like article exceeds a sum of radii of the upper stage side coil-like article and the lower stage side coil-like article or not at the time of stacking the upper stage side coil-like article suspended by a suspender of a crane 2 on the pair of adjacent lower stage side coil-like articles in a multistage manner, and a suspender releasing regulation means 10 for regulating releasing action of the suspender when the determination means determines that the distance between the center points exceeds the sum of the radii.
