A modification procedure server 1, when inputting a company ID from a customer terminal 3 displays a request to register personal information that the company requests on the customer terminal 3 and the customer does not need to recognize items needed to use services that the company provides. Therefore, notice of modification of personal information is easily given to the company. Further, companies can request customers to register personal information different by the companies.
