Abstract:
PURPOSE: To generate production plans using lead time considering total shop loads.
CONSTITUTION: An MRP developing device 8 dispatches required amounts and completion dates for the producing items of a shop in charge of a final production process to a workload calculator 40. For each day, the workload calculator 40 totalizes the work-loads of the items scheduling the relevant day as the completion dates as the complete workload. A lead time predicting device 1 develops the complete workloads to work time successively from the final date and piles them up toward the past so as to calculate the lead time concerning each item, and decides the completion date of each item according to the lead time. Then, by further repeating processes for abnormality concerning upstream shops, the production plans are generated.
