The system 20 for preventing pathogen infection includes: a partition 27 suspended so as to be capable of separating an examination room 23 into a clean section 25 for the medical employee 21 and a contaminated section 26 for the patient 22 while allowing the communication between the clean section 25 and the contaminated section 26; an outlet port 28 provided over the head of the medical employee 21 in the clean section 25 to supply clean air to the clean section 25; and a suction port 29 provided in the rear or over the head of the patient 22 in the contaminated section 26 to discharge contaminated air from the contaminated section 26. The clean air supplied through the outlet opening 28 is supplied to the contaminated section 26 through an opening 33, and the air contaminated due to inclusion of the pathogen therein is discharged out of the examination room 23 through the suction port 29.
