A system for activity record creation includes: a position information acquisition unit 11 for acquiring position information on a person and an object of his/her activity; a contact information detection unit 12 for detecting contact information indicating that the person and the object of his/her activity are in a predetermined relationship; an activity record object acquisition unit 131 for acquiring a code for identifying a person for creating an activity record and the time for the activity record; an activity record generation unit 132 for generating, as an activity record, data representing contact information generated during the time for the activity record with respect to the person for creating the activity record; and an object person activity record acquisition unit 133 for acquiring object person activity record as the activity record when there is an activity record about a person as an object of activity. The activity record generation unit 132 includes, in the activity record, the object person activity record of a person whose activity is an object of the activity record of the activity record, or information for referring to the object person activity record.
