This system 10 for management of reservation residual number using a computer system which answers the number demand of reservation through a network or a line from a plurality of reservation agents for a plurality of facilities, is provided with a reservable residual number storage part 14 for storing the reservation limit and reservable residual number of each facility; a reservation number drawing part 18 accepting the number of reservation if the number of reservation does not exceed the reservable residual number before updating on each facility, corresponding to the demand from the reservation agent through the network or line, and reducing the reservable residual number stored in the reservable residual number storage part 14 by the accepted number of reservation; and a reservation limit registering part 24 for setting or changing the reservation limit, corresponding to communication from each facility.
