To allow a company and a school to exempt from responsibility for compensation more than necessary while relieving an injured person by defining the use reference for a private vehicle for management so as to be able to sufficiently compensate the injured person all the time with respect to an accident that has occurred during going to work and school in the use of the private vehicle.

This private vehicle use management system comprises: a user 11 who uses his/her own car for going to work, school, etc.; an insurance information entity 12 such as an insurance agency having insurance information; and a PC 13 used mainly by a manager of a company, a school, etc., for management. The user 11 inputs information on an application form for going to work in his/her own car in an input part 14, and insurance data of the insurance information entity 13 is inputted to the PC 13 of the manager through an interface part 15. A CPU 16 collates the data of the application form for going to work in a DB 17 with inputted data with insurance data, corrects the collated data to proper information to judge whether to satisfy use reference of a management rule for going to work in a self-car, and issues a permit for going to work in the self-car from a printer 21 if the use reference is satisfied.
