A medical examinee present state notification system has; a means for associating examinee information and attendant link information with the mail address of the attendant, with the need/needlessness of mail notification and with notification/non-notification of each present state information and registering them in a medical institution server 30; a means for registering the progress state of each medical examinee in the medical institution server 30 from each medical institution terminal 20 whenever the progress stage changes and retrieving the need/needlessness of mail notification of the medical examinee; a means for next retrieving the notification/non-notification of each present state information when the need is registered; a means for acquiring the mail address of the attendant and notifying of the attendant of the present state information of the medial examinee when the notification is registered; and a means by which the medical institution server 30 retrieves a corresponding medical examinee on the basis of attendant link information inputted from a user terminal 10, acquires the present state information of the medical examinee and provides the user terminal 10 with the present state information.
