Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform separation treatment of selenium from exhaust gas containing a sulfur compound, and to continuously perform recovery treatment of the separated selenium.SOLUTION: Exhaust gas is introduced to a cooling part 1, and cleaned and exhausted through a primary neutralization treatment part 2, thereby producing primary drainage. The primary drainage led out from the primary neutralization treatment part 2 is introduced to a secondary neutralization treatment part 4 through an oxidation treatment part 3, thereby producing secondary drainage. The secondary drainage led out from the secondary neutralization treatment part 4 is introduced to a filtration treatment part 5 and is subject to liquid-solid separation treatment. A solid component led out from the filtration treatment part 5 is taken out as sludge containing selenium.
