To provide a system which rapidly and accurately supports medical operators in their appropriate remote medical operations.

The system of this invention for supporting remote operations is composed of the first control system to be installed in an operation room, the second control system to be installed in the first supporting chamber and the third control system to be installed in at least one sub-supporting chamber through a communication line to be connected therewith. The first control system is equipped with an imaging device for obtaining image signals from a patient during operation, the first transmitter-receiver that transmits the information of the patient being operated onto the third control system and receives support information from the second control system, and a reproducing device that reproduces the support information. The second control system generates main support information that supports the operator upon conducting the operation according to the subsupporting information from the third control system and image signals from the first control system to be transmitted to the first control system.
