Abstract:
To provide a system (200) comprising an enclosure having an interior (204) sized to enclose a workpiece, and configured to maintain a vacuum or a pressurized atmosphere within the interior (204).SOLUTION: A plurality of thermal applicators (210) may be in thermal communication with first and second portions of the interior (204). First and second thermal applicators (210) may independently heat and cool the first and second portions of the interior (204). The first thermal applicator (210) may apply a first thermal treatment to a first portion of the workpiece in the first portion of the interior (204). The second thermal applicator (210) may apply a second thermal treatment to a second portion of the workpiece in the second portion of the interior (204) independently of the first thermal treatment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
