A recycling oil is applied onto the surface of the coated empty can comprising a steel material and an aluminum material, and the can is heated. A rotary kiln 20 for heating the empty can, a screw conveyer 30 for conveying the empty can to the rotary kiln 20, and a recycling oil tank 40 for supplying the recycling oil to be applied on the empty can conveyed by the screw conveyer 30 are provided in the empty can treatment system. The screw conveyer 30 is composed of a casing pipe 32 for making the empty can pass through and a shaft part 33a installed in the casing pipe 32, with a screw part 33b formed on the peripheral surface.
