Abstract:
To provide a system, a mobile terminal, an item sales data processor that can lead to the promotion of downloading applications.SOLUTION: A system according to the embodiment includes an item sales data processor that performs settlement processing of items to be sold, and a mobile terminal. The item sales data processor includes an input unit for obtaining customer information identifying a customer, a generation unit for generating a symbol including the input customer information, and an output control unit for visually outputting the generated symbol. The mobile terminal includes a storage unit that stores downloaded applications, an imaging unit, an imaging control unit that captures the symbol output by the output control unit with the imaging unit, and a setting unit that sets the customer information contained in the captured symbol to operate the downloaded applications.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
