Title:
SYSTEM FOR MONITORING OUTDOOR HEAT EXCHANGER COIL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2993563
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the initial period deterioration of surface of a coil without inspecting the same visually by a method wherein real time data from a heating or cooling system are analyzed and indexes with respect to the level of cleanness of the outdoor coil are operated continuously.
SOLUTION: A sensor value and a relay switch condition value are read in a processor 44 (130) and are stored as input node values (132). Subsequently, respective output values of 10 pieces of nodes of a hidden layer are operated by the processor (134) and output node values are operated (136). The values are stored as the values of cleanness of a condenser coil (138). The average value of estimated values of cleanness of stored all coils is operated (142), and when the value is smaller than 3, for example, it is indicated that the cleaning of a condenser coil is necessary (146), and when the value is larger than 7, OK is indicated (150) but when the value is smaller than 7, it is indicated that inspection is necessitated (152). According to this method, an operator knows the level of cleanness of the coil and can apply a proper treatment.
