In the system for hanging and moving the hung body such as the net or sheet using the take-up winches 1, winding drums are rotated/driven via driving shafts, cord-like bodies 3 such as wire ropes wound around the winding drums are wound and moved, and the hung body 6 such as the net or sheet attached to the cord-like bodies 3 such as wire ropes is hung and moved to open/close a desired space. In the system, the cord-like bodies such as wire ropes are drawn out to be moved or taken up to be moved in such a state that the rotational driving of the winding drums is controlled by a plurality of take-up winches set at desired positions in the space. A bar-like body connected to the cord-like bodies such as wire ropes in the horizontal state is moved in the vertical direction, and the hung body such as the net or sheet attached to the bar-like body in such a state as to block the return telescopic motion of the bar-like body is moved to be hung or moved to be stored, so that the space is opened/closed with the hung body such as the net or sheet.
