A maker side server 10 and a user side PC 30 are connected each other via a network. The user side PC 30 periodically provides a use process history information on the work items of used analyzer 40 to the maker side 10. The maker side server 10 analyzes the frequency of the used process history by using the software to analyze the frequency of process history installed in an HDD 12 of the maker side server 10, outputs the result to an output device 14, discriminates the optimal series of work items and others to establish the optimal specifications for the used analyzer 40. The server, then, pays a fee as compensation for the information provided to a user's account via the network.
